If you are looking to donate equipment to computersforart.org, the best thing to do is to get in contact, and we can discuss how to proceed from there. These guidelines are not strict, and we aim to cater for any potential donor.

Quantity
However, in order to qualify for a free pickup of equipment, you should have a reasonable number of items, in the region of 5+ for the Glasgow area, and 20+ for any further afield. If you have a small amount of equipment you may consider bringing it to our studios yourself, which you are more than welcome to do.

What kind of equipment are we looking for?
Computers (PC or Apple), computer components, monitors, keyboards/mice, scanners, printers, cables, manuals, televisions, video/DVD players, speakers, office furniture [subject to storage facilities]
We are usually happy to receive almost any kind of electric appliances and accessories, and are especially fond of quirky computer accessories, but standard computing equipment is the foundation for our organization, and is always needed.
